The "Boulevard Jacqumain" project

Boulevard Jacqmain is a long-term research and exhibition project initiated by Olivia Ardui and based on the novel of Brussels surrealist writer Irène Hamoir. A temporary collective of artists was brought together in this first phase of the project. Through surrealist meet-ups and experimental readings, they explored Brussels history and artistic past in the shade of Hamoir’s stories.
